I created this blog (formerly called Approaching Paleo), out of a struggle with food and with life (dramatic, I know).
I was constantly running on the hamster wheel of stress, overexercise, under and overeating, and was overall dissatisfied with everything that was happening in my life, but I didn’t think I had the tools to control or change it.
But change happens one step at a time. And change begins when you know you have the ability to create change.
And so, starting with following a Paleo-ish lifestyle, I began to change my diet, then my physical health, then my mental health, then my lifestyle…and it’s impacted me more than I could ever fully say.
